4. Orders & Payments

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

6. Shipping & Delivery

The Crafty Home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
