Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. The Crafty Home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Crafty Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, The Crafty Home is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item so we can review the issue.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations or flaws are normal and are not considered damage.
