Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Please note that minor variations and imperfections are natural in handmade items and are not considered defects. These may include slight differences in color, texture, sizing, or finish, and are part of what makes each piece unique.

We encourage customers to review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing an order.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
